The EFL Awards is an annual ceremony commemorating association football players, clubs and associated individuals involved in the three divisions of the English Football League (EFL).

The event was established in 2006 and is usually held at the Grosvenor House Hotel, , in March or April of each year, towards the end of the Football League season.
